Residents Southampton Township can use the Compost Facility in Shippensburg Borough by registering at the Shippensburg Borough Office 111 N. Fayette St in Shippensburg.
There is a annual Utilization Fee and a Compost Facility Pass will be issued upon payment of the fee.
