Shippensburg Borough Compost Facility
Residents of Southampton Township can use the Compost Facility in Shippensburg Borough by registering at the Shippensburg Borough Office at 111 N. Fayette St in Shippensburg.
There is an annual Utilization Fee, and a Compost Facility Pass will be issued upon payment of the fee.
